It only glitched once for me. I think the weapon system works fine, but I also think the weapons themselves might be a little bumpy as far as balance goes. But hey, dual wielding is back, and the thing that tells what you get various points for is cool. In my mind, the regenerating health system takes away much of the challenge, and I could personally go on forever if I felt like it. Limited health probably would have been more appropriate for survival, since it emphasizes the need for careful combat as opposed to runnign through your foes with a shotgun and soaking up damage.
It is, however, missing a soul in some ways, and as such I cannot draw any kind of attachment to it in any other way than as a casual exercise to bide my time. I feel no great need to go back to it for a second round, although I probably will in the near future, since I want to play it as fully as possible.

I feel a profound disconnect with the weapons. Maybe it's because he decided to actually take my advice and make guns that do stuff other than shoot people like the ricochet shotgun, but he decided to do it by adding like ten different grenade launchers.
Also it's weird that enemies can spawn within a foot of where you are, but it does mitigate the whole "I am invincible because I can hide and regenerate" feeling you get.
And it does glitch a bit, mostly with the executions. Same thing's happening to Weasel that happens to any game developer- they get lazy and hire a bunch of Russians to code a game for them and then expect free money. Since CMG pays based on anticipated return and not per user, if people decide your game sucks balls you still get paid because it seemed like a good idea to hand you money for a piece of glitchy shit.

...Which is why he's probably doing quite well for a developer.
Actually, about the weapons, what are the opinions on the dual wielding? I'm personally glad to see it back, and it does adds a small flair to the combat, but since there are only a couple of weapons it applies to, it seems a little gimmicky.
Russians coded perimeter. Don't insult the Russian coders.

Dual wielding is pretty cool, but it's annoying when you run around shooting with any weapon and have a dual wielding weapon such as the Beretta or Glock 18c in your second slot, and you just happen to run over another one of whatever your second weapon was and you pick it up.
